MECHANICAL INSTALLATION - LEADING HAND

This is a hands on roll to coordinate and install the company's product to it's exacting standards, maintaining tight programmed completion schedules. Suit HVAC installation background or similar trade
Within this role you will be required to:
- Coordinate contract works on site between the Principal Contractor and other trades
- Set out work from datum points
- Read, interpret and unerstand work shop drawings
- Manage a small team of workers (usually 2-3)
- Available for work across Australia and New Zealand
- Work with sheet metal products, installing level, true and correct
- Commisison and hand over completed projects to the companies Project Engineer and our clients
- Oversee a couple of projects at the same time

PROJECT COORDINATOR / ENGINEER (BUILDING SERVICES)

- Eventual position 50% office - 50% site
With a rapidly growing order book manufacturing and installing fire and smoke safety products we require a suitable multi skilled person to co-ordinate projects from order to completion.
It is essential that candidate has had good site interaction from source and office base.
The sucessful candidate will possess good time management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time.
